The ERP Support Engineer is a key member of the Continuous Improvement Team. They are primarily responsible for supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system within Balchem; however, will need to work with supporting technologies as well. The position will be the initial point of contact for troubleshooting, supporting and reviewing requests for Dynamics 365 and related ERP functions. The ability to recognize and escalate priority issues and translate technical terms into non-technical language is critical to the success of this role. Responsibilities for the position include problem resolution, documentation, tracking and the monitoring of issues to ensure timely resolution and make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the ERP system. The position will also work with the IT department as well as other departments to ensure ERP-related projects are completed and, at times, may also need to manage projects from start to finish.
