POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Jr Account Manager is to manage sales activities and customer relations of smaller accounts and prospects for the Powders & Cereal management and sales teams. The management of these accounts should result in increased purchases of existing or new products thereby elevating their growth. This entry level sales position is designed to facilitate the growth of smaller accounts while allowing the incumbent to develop into a regional account manager. Therefore, the Jr Account Manager is a resilient and agile learner who’s both accountable and approachable and passionate about sales. Self-awareness, attention to detail as well as communication and presentation skills are critical to be successful in this role.
