Oracle Cloud Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Oracle Cloud EPM Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution for a public, global, multi-entity organization and then manage the system going forward. This role requires a strong finance and accounting foundation, proven experience managing an Oracle Cloud EPM implementation (FCCS, Planning, Narrative Reporting, ARCS) in an international environment, and demonstrated project management leadership. The Oracle Cloud EPM Manager will be responsible for delivering a successful transformation across processes, systems, and people. The Oracle Cloud EPM Manager will partner closely with a project team comprised of Accounting, Finance, IT, and external implementation consultants to ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality while minimizing business disruption. The role is implementation-led with an expected transition to ongoing system ownership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Own and drive the full project lifecycle for the Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and go-live/post-go-live stabilization.
  • Translate finance & accounting requirements into system design and configuration decisions, aligning with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams, and working alongside implementation partners
  • Ensure the accuracy of close and consolidation processes without compromising the timeliness of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
  • Lead change management by driving executive level communications and developing the internal training strategy.
  • Own the ongoing system performance including EPM governance, incorporating new acquisitions, implementing Oracle Cloud updates, and further enhancing reporting to support our growing business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Direct experience managing at least one international Oracle Cloud EPM implementation (FCCS, Planning, Narrative Reporting, ARCS) through go-live for a public, international company. Implementation experience must have included muti-currency, multi-entity, and cross-border processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts (e.g. close, consolidation, intercompany, AP/AR, revenue recognition fundamentals)
  • Demonstrated project management skills: building plans, managing cross-functional teams, controlling scope, and executing governance.
  • Proven ability to partner with external consultants and hold teams accountable to deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in the following areas is a plus:
    • Experience with Microsoft D365, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Power BI Experience managing an Oracle Cloud EPM implementation specifically for a manufacturing company

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 a year.
