POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is based out of Faribault, MN and we do not offer relocation at this time. Join our Product Development & Applications (PD&A) team and help shape the future of food and beverage innovation! As an intern, you’ll work on real projects that bring new products and processes to life, collaborating across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, and more.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in developing and improving products and processes for food and beverage markets.

• Conduct lab-scale experiments, pilot plant trials, and support product commercialization.

• Work on applications, raw material qualification, and product characterization.

• Prepare reports and presentations to share results with stakeholders.

• Gain hands-on experience in office, lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments (with occasional travel)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in a Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related program.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new ones.
• Passion for food innovation and curiosity about how products go from concept to shelf.
